November 2022- Legacy Energy Consulting is happy to announce that we recently facilitated the successful sale of Reliance Propane Service, based in Oroville, CA to ThompsonGas, LLC headquartered in Frederick, MD.
Reliance Propane was started by Scott & Carolyn Steele in 1990 and has serviced the northern California communities of Oroville, Paradise, Chico, Marysville, Yuba City and Williams for over 30 years.
Reliance Propane Service is the seventh completed deal for Legacy Energy Consulting in 2022, and its twelfth in less than two years.
