October 2023- Legacy Energy Consulting is happy to announce that we recently facilitated the successful sale of Como Oil & Propane of Florida, headquartered in Vero Beach, FL. Como has served southeast Florida since 1967.
Como is the fourth completed deal for Legacy Energy Consulting in 2023, its sixth deal to date in Florida and sixteenth overall since it was founded in 2020.
Statement from the Seller:
When we originally decided to sell our business, we thought we would try to sell it ourselves, and after a long-drawn-out process we realized we needed competition in the sale process. At that point we contacted Chad at Legacy Energy Consulting to sell the business and we were able to maximize our sale price and get the deal closed.
Until now I never understood why sellers used a broker, now I do. Thank you Chad and Tyler for helping us to complete the sale of our Florida operations.
